They operate independently or with limited guidance from others and use discretion to solve non-routine problems. Many people have supervisory responsibilities and plan, monitor and evaluate the work of team members. Theory for the course is self-paced and to be completed within 24 months of enrolment, unless there is additional support required. Strategies will be implemented if gaps are identified.
